Details you choose to send

The contact form asks for contact details, vehicle information, your preferred service and optional notes. It prepares a message on your device. Preparing the message does not send it to us or create a confirmed appointment. We receive it only after you send it through your text or email app.

Appointment availability

We’re transitioning to 100% mobile detailing. Online booking is temporarily paused and this website accepts inquiries only. Existing appointment or payment records held by Square remain subject to Square’s privacy policy. This website does not collect payment-card details.

Your form draft

Form details remain in the page while you complete your request. This website does not save the draft in a customer database or browser storage. Reloading or leaving the page can discard it. Use the copy option if you want to keep your prepared message.

Responding to your request

We use messages you send to recommend services, discuss pricing and availability, arrange appointments and provide customer support. Your messaging or email provider also processes messages under its own terms. Avoid sending payment-card information, passwords or other sensitive information in the notes.

Website operation

The site uses OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and security providers may process technical data such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and security logs to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare may set a security cookie such as __cf_bm to manage automated traffic. Provider handling and retention are governed by their applicable policies.

External websites

Links to Google, Facebook and System X open services operated by those providers. They have their own privacy policies. Review cards shown here are saved images, not a live Google tracking widget. We have not added advertising trackers or a separate visitor-analytics service to this website.

Your choices

We do not sell your contact information or use your vehicle details for unrelated marketing without your permission. To ask what information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or ask about retention of messages you sent, contact shipleysdetailingllc@icloud.com or call (574) 312-3682. We will review your request and explain any records that need to be retained for ongoing service or applicable obligations.
